About our Cloves
Our whole cloves are hand-picked from clove trees in Kerala’s spice gardens and sun-dried to a rich reddish-brown. The buds are full-headed with high volatile oil (eugenol) for a warm, intense aroma.
We supply hand-picked premium and machine-cleaned grades for spice importers, masala and food manufacturers in the Middle East, Europe, the USA, Russia and Australia, with low stem content and moisture control for long shelf life.
