Our Kerala green cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) is grown in the cool, high-altitude plantations of Idukki, the heart of India’s cardamom belt. The pods are hand-picked, slow-dried and machine-graded for a deep green colour, high essential-oil content and a strong, sweet aroma.
Gulf importers use our bold 7-8mm and 8mm+ pods for Arabic coffee (gahwa) and premium retail packs, while buyers in Europe, the USA, Russia and Australia choose 6-7mm grades for food processing, spice blends and tea. Every lot is cleaned, sorted and sampled before packing, and we share pre-shipment photos and lab reports on request.
