Malabar black pepper from Kerala has been traded across the world for centuries. Our whole peppercorns are sun-dried, cleaned, de-stoned and graded by bulk density, giving buyers a consistent, bold berry with high piperine and a sharp, lasting heat.
European and US importers prefer whole peppercorns because they are easy to test; we supply 500, 550 and 570 g/l grades (MG1 / Garbled), with steam sterilisation, low-microbial processing and pesticide-residue reports arranged for strict markets. Middle East and Russian buyers can also choose ungarbled grades and private-label consumer packs.
