About our Vanilla Beans
Our Indian vanilla beans are grown on small hill farms in Kerala and cured slowly in the traditional way to develop a rich, creamy aroma and natural vanillin. Beans are hand-sorted by length, moisture and appearance.
Grade A (gourmet) beans suit chefs, bakeries and retail packs, while Grade B (extraction) beans are ideal for extract and flavour manufacturers in Europe and the USA. We supply bundles, vacuum packs and bulk cartons with full traceability.
